Rosamund started her career specialising in recruitment in Financial Services and has developed broad HR generalist experience through senior roles in Banking and Professional Services. In recent years, Rosamund has held the no.1 position in two mid-sized foreign banks in the UK. Rosamund has a passion for working with high growth firms to transform and develop the people and culture strategy to ensure future commercial success.
Rosamund joined Praxis in 2024 and is responsible for leading the people function across the group.
