Enhancing and improving an assets' ESG credentials is an essential component of our approach to real-estate and our fully integrated management platform allows us to deliver this objective in the most effective and efficient way possible.

ESG factors are core considerations in our investment, asset, and risk management processes, and our corporate governance and “responsible investment” framework is founded on the following key principles:

  • Ensuring our business conduct recognises, follows, and respects all customs, norms and laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate
  • Proactively identifying, managing, and addressing ESG risk factors across our business and when acquiring, managing and disposing of real estate
