Our dedicated ESG Board is focused on making a real difference to the communities that we serve and positioning ESG at the core of our decision-making process.
Our approach, wherever possible, is to take what is already there and re-use, rehabilitate and reposition it, without compromise as to form or function. Enhancing and improving an assets' ESG credentials is an essential component of our approach to real-estate and our fully integrated management platform allows us to deliver this objective in the most effective and efficient way possible.
ESG factors are core considerations in our investment, asset, and risk management processes, and our corporate governance and “responsible investment” framework is founded on the following key principles:
